Sandringham Estate
Sandringham House is a country house in the parish of Sandringham, Norfolk, England. It is the private home of Her Majesty The Queen, whose father, George V1, and Grandfather George V, both died there. The house stands in a 20,000-acre (8,100 ha) in the Norfolk Coast Area.
Eastgate Larder
Since 2016, Jane Steward has been the only specialist grower and producer of handmade medlar preserves in the UK, reviving this ancient and forgotten fruit from her home in Eastgate, Norfolk. With her husband David she planted a culinary orchard of 110 Mespilus germanica trees on their six-acre plot.
Only then did they discover that it was a fruit farm a hundred years ago.
